Lev Parsons was selected as a GEM fellow. The GEM Fellowship was created to enhance opportunities for individuals to pursue advanced technical careers, including roles in research and development, product development, and other high-level industry positions. As part of his fellowship, Lev successfully completed a paid internship with the Fossil Energy and Carbon Management Office of the Department of Energy during Summer 2024. This fellowship will provide Lev with full funding for the remainder of his PhD and further internship opportunities.
