Lev Parsons was selected as a fellow in the Pre-Doctoral Leadership Development Academy (PLDA) and successfully completed the program during the 2023-2024 academic year. Offered by the Rutgers Office of Organizational Leadership, the PLDA program enriches discipline-based study with experiential and classroom learning focused on leadership style, collaborative decision-making, organizational assessment, and professional advancement.
