Congratulations to graduate student, Katelyn Frizzell, who has been selected as the Executive Chair of the Student Community for the International Association for Geoscience Diversity (IAGD). In this leadership role, Katelyn is responsible for engagement with student members, while advocating for new student opportunities within the IAGD. Katelyn also manages the process for promoting and awarding the Student Pathways Scholarships. Katelyn's other responsibilities also include fostering a sense of inclusivity within the geoscience community and working with the Executive Committee to create professional development or educational opportunities for students.
