PhD Student, Mark Yu, was selected to serve on the SGS DEI Graduate Student Advisory Committee in the Spring of 2022 through the end of the Fall 2022 semester. The goal of the committee is to advise and provide recommendations to the Office of Equity and Inclusion on how to carry out the strategic plan of the university. Mark serves on the Engagement and Outreach Subcommittee, and will prepare and present a report to the Rutgers Administration later this year on their suggestions to increase equitable engagement and inclusive practices within the graduate school.
