Saturday, April 10, 2021, 02:00pm - 03:30pm

Introducing our NEW program specifically designed for Boy Scouts interested in earning their Geology Merit Badge!
In this two part virtual event, scouts will learn about Earth's natural resources, talk to real geoscientists, and create a subsurface structure map that will be used in an interactive oil drilling activity. This 2-part program will allow scouts to fulfill all the requirements* of the Geology Merit Badge. Museum staff members are registered as Geology Merit Badge Counsellors and will sign off on Scouts' Blue Cards upon completion of the requirements.
