Professional Experience

Summer Research Intern, Chevron ETC Reservoir Imaging Services, Houston, Texas, 2015

  • Working on Agbami Ocean Bottom Node (OBN) synthetic data in the offshore Nigeria
  • Trained and worked with SeisSpace processing software.
  • Processing the Chevron OBN up-going workflow for four different synthetic datasets.
  • Collaborated with R&D teams to conduct the decimation studies.

Research/Teaching Assistant, Rutgers University, 2009 – Present

  • Research in the area of global seismology. Focused on investigating the western edge of the Tibetan plateau, using seismic traveltime tomography and receiver functions techniques.
  • Teaching undergraduate laboratory classes (Introductory Geophysics, Geoscience Laboratory methods, and Volcanology and Seismology), grading lab assignments, papers and field reports.
