The main offices of the Department of Earth & Planetary Sciences are located on the Busch Campus in the Wright-Rieman Laboratories Building, where all upper-level undergraduate and graduate courses are taught and where many introductory and survey courses are taught. Additional offices and labs are located in the nearby Geological Sciences Lab Building (at the intersection of Taylor Road and Bevier Road) on the Busch Campus. The Department also maintains a teaching lab on the Douglass Campus, a rock preparation and Geological Core Repository facility on the Livingston Campus, and a Geology Museum on the Old Queens part of the College Avenue Campus.

Take Route 287 to Exit 9 - River Road/Bound Brook/Highland Park Exit.Take River Road and in direction of Highland Park.Take River Road and in direction of Highland Park.After about 3.5 miles make a left onto Hoes Lane West.Travel half a mile and make a right onto Frelinghuysen Road.Take a left on Allison Road. Take a right on Bevier Road. Then a quick left onto Titsworth Place.Make a right on Davidson Road.Then make the first right onto Taylor Road.EPS is in the red brick building at the end of Taylor Road. Via New Jersey Turnpike and Route 18:Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 9, East Brunswick.Follow signs for Route 18 North/New Brunswick.You will pass the Rutgers - Douglass Campus and Rutgers - College Avenue Campus.Stay on Route 18 North. It will take you over the Raritan River.Go past the exit for the Busch Campus, take the exit for the Livingston Campus, and then stay to the left.Immediately upon exiting Route 18, make a left turn at the traffic light onto Davidson Road.Proceed 0.3 miles and make a left turn onto Taylor Road.EPS is in the red brick building at the end of Taylor Road.
