ExxonMobil would like to interview students interested in petroleum geoscience-related careers.
Applicants are requested to fill out an online application and post a copy of their resume on our website one week prior to interviewing with our campus recruiter, and to bring a paper copy to the interview. We no longer accept hard copy applications. Copies of transcripts should also be posted on the website or brought to the interview. A recruiter will conduct an overview/technical presentation on Monday, September 15, 2008. The time and location of this orientation will be designated by the Department.

Internships are available throughout the year starting in February 2009. Although we will give preference to those students graduating in 2009 or 2010, we will be happy to discuss career opportunities with other students as the interview schedule permits. Candidates for Regular Employment:
We also will be interviewing M.S. or Ph.D. graduate students or post-docs in geology, geophysics or other geoscience-related field interested in regular employment.
Preference will be given to those candidates who complete their degree and can report to work during 2008 or 2009. On-site interviews will be held in Houston, TX, beginning in September 2008.

REGULAR AND INTERNSHIP EMPLOYMENT
Applicants for regular U.S. positions must be a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or temporary resident under 8 USC 1160(a) or 1255a(a)(1). Individuals with temporary visas such as F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, or J, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible. ExxonMobil makes a limited number of exceptions to the above criteria (i.e., we may provide visa sponsorship) for applicants with a M.S. and/or a Ph.D. degree in certain research or geophysical specialty disciplines.
